For help with a room, include the room code, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Do not send private story details, passwords, or other sensitive information in support messages.

Describe the page or action involved, the browser and device you were using, and the result you expected. For room-related problems, include the room code only if the room is still active. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private project information.

Privacy and advertising questions

Questions about browser storage, operational data, or advertising disclosures can also be sent to the support address. Review the privacy policy before sending personal information.
